Following our interview with Jason, you can see a noticeable increase in the quality of lighting. It looks brilliant.

Loved Terese’s casually promoting Susan snooping through her hotel guest’s belongings.

Not that this is out of character for Izzy, but I feel that the story could have worked well as a saviour sibling story, so Holly was in and none of the Kennedys or Hoylands were a match to whatever she needed, so Izzy asked Karl to father a saviour child. He’d have gone along with it and Susan would have to support it, but Izzy could still be Izzy about it all.

Loved the Steph & Izzy scene and “Save it for someone who doesn’t know you’re the devil’s handmaid” plus the Suzeface(TM) afterwards.

What I loved abToday’s episode was the fact that things didn’t go as expected - previously I would have predicted Piper would make it to the prison in time for a tearful reunion but instead the unexpected happened and things didn’t go the way they traditionally would have. I like this - it’s good to keep us on our toes. Hopefully we see more of this!

Steph and Izzy scene terrific, and glad they had that moment to acknowledge their family connections.

Izzy is stealing every scene she’s in. It’s just delicious.

I think the problem with having Holly need a saviour child is they sort of already did that with Zoe, and also I don't think a baby can provide the 'parts' needed to save lives can they? Maybe it depends what it is but I would imagine everything would be too small!

The Izzy/Steph scene was great and you'd almost forgotten that Izzy is Max's sister. Newer viewers probably had no idea why Izzy would be talking to Max and know Charlie!

I agree, it was refreshing for Piper to not make it to the prison on time. What smarts for me is that this is seemingly the end of the story - Tyler is in jail and has been moved away, and that's his exit. But for that to be it, in terms of how Hamish died, for me feels incomplete. It always felt like there was something else, and someone else involved. We never found out who the mystery person was that took the box of Hamish's things from Russell round to the Brennan house, or who rescued Piper on the beach, or brought Gabe back. Unless this is revealed later and isn't related to Hamish dying, then that's really poor writing IMO. :/

I can't believe this is the complete end. It may or may not be the end for Tyler and Piper (and I hope they get some closure even if it's an offscreen call or the like), but there's got to be more to the story. There can't not be more to it.

I really can't believe that it either if Tyler the true killer they never made that clear i always thought more to it. As SamH said there the box perosn who recused Piper and Gabe. Also didn't Sheila get knock on the door who she just assumed to ne Hamish? Maybe Tyler name be cleared later on and he decide have a fresh start in Adelaide with his mum that only way i can think of them keeping him written
Out after his release

It's too bright at the moment. And some of the scenes are blurry. It's like that era where they went from natural light in 2004 to really artificial light when The General Store was introduced in 2005.

Loving having Izzy back :D

When mark n Arron where driving to the prison last week it looked like it was green screened. Perhaps part of the new technology. If that's the case they should use it for front door or window shots as some of the outside pictures and sets don't match up eg the Kennedy's outside wall and Sheila's view from her kitchen window.
