How i felt about Mark in cop mode wish could get a police officer who still i don't know....human? Just not a one dimensional work obsessed character with tunnel vision. Surely can be a good cop and not so annoying only seeing black and white

Yeah, she’s become this killjoy character every time she walks into a scene.
And even when she’s in her civvies, she’s still miserable.

Loving all the Izzy Karl Susan stuff so funny when Susan was angry waving the hammer thing around. Also love when Toad calls her mummy Susan

Since Steph return thought they missed out not highlighting her connection to Ben more he her best friend son and than her history with Drew glad they finally gotten around to it

David was painfully awkward was grate. My guess is that guy victim of the fire Paul started when he first returned

Felt like this year was bit boring and slow but has really picked up since Toadie 21st i think show at it best when it remembering it past

They need to look at Stu or Steiger and how they were as cops.

I enjoyed Toadie giving Susan some good advice, it’s very refreshing.

I presume Ben’s Uncle Kirky was Drew’s brother, Stuart and they wanted to distinguish between him and Stuart Parker.

I’m glad they’re finally building a connection between Ben, Toadie & Steph, it’s felt so off that they haven’t played more of an Uncle & Aunt role with him and Steph really needed this as well.

I’ve said it before, but Felix is fantastic as Ben and really underrated because he isn’t really given anything to stretch him, but he holds his own against the likes of Alan Fletcher, Jackie Woodburne, Colette Mann, Carla Bonner and Ryan Moloney, it is just like watching Jesse Spencer at times.

It’s a shame though that they didn’t mention it being Libby & Drew’s wedding anniversary today.

Loving the rather belated acknowledgement of Ben and Steph’s connections. Better late than never.

I felt for poor David today - Takayah plays the awkward, nervy David so well in scenes like today. And I felt for him at the end when Rafael did a runner.

I’m hoping they start to move the Rafael stuff on a bit as he’s been used sparingly so far.

Interesting set up at the backpackers - you have a nap with the door to reception wide open.

LOVED the scenes at the Kennedys - they were simple, funny, tense... Izzy has done wonders already. Holly is very watchable too now. And that final scene with a Susan and Karl looking at the portrait of the kids... very nice.

It feels a bit like the show has slowed down a bit and focused on characters this week rather than racing around with Hamish nonsense.

David is such a treasure. So endearing. I just want nice things for him. He's so rootable in a way that not all characters can be.

Today's episode was hilarious. The stuff with Dipi/Shane/Clive/Sheila/'Frank' was funny with some really witty lines in there. Sheila's at her best in scenes like this.

Amy and Jayden was also surprisingly funny too.

The scenes yesterday with Izzy were brilliant too. Natalie lifts every scene she's in and they've recaptured the characters' voice straight away. It's always great to see Susan with a rival too.
