She just chopped it shorter, so it can’t go in a manbun, but if he didn’t want to be recognised he should have gone really short.

Piper was wearing the wig to hide her hair colour & add length. It was a good one to stay on during the leap/hanging from a building.

I was worried that the writing wouldn’t match up to the acting, but so far it has. That scene last night where you couldn’t quite tell if it was Izzy being manipulative or Susan being obstinate summed it up perfectly for anyone who didn’t know them. “We could say it was an accident” “It wasan accident.”

Most likely so the stunt actress would wear the same wig to make it less obvious.

There's clips on Instagram which show they did their own stunts, they were wired up.

Yes, there was on Neighbourshood too. There were Tyler & Piper stunt doubles credited though.

Poor old Susan - first Sarah returns and now Izzy! Its such a pity they gave it away all last week, what a surprise it would have been to see her getting run down without knowing she was returning! Natt Bass hasn't changed at all and still has Izzy to a tee. Great exchange with Paul too!

Who was Amy dressed up as at the party? I loved David as Forest Gump!

Toadie seemingly forgot to mention all the stuff with Banks as the reason Tyler tried to run. Surely he could be sent to a different jail or put in protective custody? I still don't think this is the last we hear of it though - there is still a mystery person out there who is to (hopefully) be revealed. The person who saved Piper, dropped off Hamish's stuff at the house, returned Gabe...I'm sure there is more to come!

Amy was Rachel from Friends but it took me ages to realise where I recognised the outfit.

Izzy was a scream today. Nat Bass just stepped back into the role so effortlessly and the bitchy shade could've been from peak 2004. You can tell they loved writing for her too to the point where you have to wonder how they've failed to replicate that kind of character since.

In a way, they did it with Rhys, he was that anti-neighbour character, but they never really had the bitch before or after Izzy, other than maybe early Naomi. The thing with Izzy though, even scenes just about her, that she’s not in, up their game. I don’t know if it’s because the actors enjoy playing it as well, but you see something come out of Karl & Susan that you don’t often see other than when they’re doing some really ridiculous comedy.

I think Nat Bass always brought so much depth to the role of Izzy and that made the writers understand the character better of that makes sense, even though they created her. They tried to make Elly into some kind of modern day Izzy but it didn’t work unfortunately.

Loved this week so far!
