Oh Terese.

Knowing Paul, his plan now is to regain Lassiter’s.

Just catching up on yesterday's episode and I loved it. I saw a lot of comparisons to Steph and Marc's wedding AKA the failed wedding that every wedding disaster must live up to, and it really did.

Rebekah Elmaloglou was amazing and I know I've said it a million times but her rise to become one of the leading ladies of the show has been great to watch. I really felt for her even though she was in the wrong, as well as feeling sorry for Gary. It was all so well played and out together.

The penthouse bookend scenes were brilliant as was that cliffhanger.

I loved the use of the old underscore too.

Yes, I meant to comment on the underscore.

Moving onto today, Rebekah looks so much better without Terese’s backcombed hair & makeup.

How long until Paul has full control of Lassiter’s? I kind of like this step though, he can make Terese jump through hoops, but she’s still in charge.

Lassiter's does feel like Paul's natural position but does make all the effort they made repositioning him all a little pointless for him to wind up involved in Lassiter's and back in the penthouse. Though his character is much stronger now I will admit,

I agree, but effectively it’s the same as whenever the Kennedys have split, it gives them story as individuals and strengthens them as characters separately. The Kennedys much like Paul & Terese (representing Lassiter’s) are much stronger now, although not so co-dependant.

Paul being an investor seems like a better fit, he has no real power over the complex, just over Terese, who will have to play clever.

That said, I hope we don’t lose the motel as it’s one of the show’s better sets and I also don’t want to lose the Steph/Paul relationship which has been the best thing about Steph’s return.

Struggling to buy into the Courtney/Paul relationship, but loving the horror its created for Terese! Courtney was hilarious today as well, being so snooty and picky towards everyone. No doubt she'll experience a big downfall at some point.

I can’t believe it’s taken so long, but Harold’s finally has tables out the back overlooking the lake. I assume it’s just whilst the renos are going on, but I hope they keep them.

It's a sham, we all know that's a sham.

Tims name for Paul was brilliant

And yes, Courtney will crash down hard. That will be an interesting episode.

Did anyone else notice the almost smoky haze over the scene with David, Aaron & Tyler at The Waterhole?
